Join us for an invigorating journey into the fundamentals of Pilates with our signature class, Core Pilates.

 

Designed for all levels, including beginners, this class focuses on building a strong foundation while igniting your core strength and improving flexibility.

Sculpt, Power, Bounce

Sculpt Pilates

Elevate your fitness routine with our Sculpt Pilates class, where we build strength and enhance your core stability. Engage in targeted exercises designed to sculpt and tone your entire body. 

Power Pilates

Expect to sweat, breathe, and move with purpose as you harness the power of Pilates to transform your body from the inside out. 

Bounce Pilates

Bounce class, where fun meets fitness! This high-energy session focuses on using Jumpboards to combine cardio and strength training. Bounce your way to fitness and discover the joy of movement in this one-of-a-kind class!

Joe's Gym

We are often asked, "Who's Joe?". Why it's Joseph Pilates of course!

Many of you may not be aware that Pilates is now named after the inventor - Joseph Pilates. Joseph Pilates invented so many pieces of apparatus on which to do Pilates and in here in Denton Burn we have :

  • Full Cadillac (Kardashian stlye!)

  • Wall Tower

  • Spine Corrector

All amazing pieces of kit that will really deepen your Pilates Journey. As the ONLY studio in Newcastle upon Tyne to offer this experience as a circuits class - why go anywhere else?

Our PilatEASE Passes are valid for 4 months from purchase and you can mix and match classes. A very flexible approach makes us different from most Pilates Studios. No  tie-ins, no memberships; pay as you PilatEASE.
